AOPA Real-Time Flight Planner (RTFP) allows you to enter, store, and edit pilot information.
Click Edit > Pilot. This will display the Pilot Information dialog box.
In the Pilot Information dialog box, manually enter or edit the pilot's title, first name, middle name or initial, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number. Enter the telephone number in the format of XXX-XXX-XXXX for filing flight plans.
If you already have an account with DTC DUAT or CSC DUATS, enter the information under DUAT's Login Information. Select the provider from the drop-down list, and enter your access code and password in the provided text box. You can enter account information for more then one provider. The displayed provider is used for downloading weather briefings and filing flight plans. See Set up Your DUATS Account and Connectivity and Firewalls for more information.
Click OK.
Only one pilot profile can be created per login.
