The information contained in the Pilot Information dialog box (such as name and address) are used in other parts of the program, primarily filing and viewing the FAA Flight Plan and filing an ICAO Flight Plan.
To create or edit the pilot profile:
Click Edit > Pilot.
In the Pilot Information dialog box, manually enter or edit the pilot's title, first name, middle name or initial, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number. Enter the telephone number in the format XXX-XXX-XXXX for filing flight plans.
If you already have an account with DTC DUAT, CSC DUATS, or Jeppesen Weather, enter the information under DUATs Login Information. Select the provider from the drop-down list, and enter your access code and password in the provided text box. You can enter account information for more then one provider. The displayed provider is used for downloading weather briefings and filing flight plans. See Creating a Provider Account and Connectivity and Firewalls for more information.
Click OK.
Only one pilot profile can be created per login.
