This message can appear for many reasons when you attempt to log into JIFP. The most common reason is that the user name and password were entered incorrectly. This message also appears if the account is past due. |

No airway path could be found between "departure" and "destination". |
This message usually occurs if the airport you are flying out of or into has a TFR around it. Click Tools > Options > Routing and clear the Avoid Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) check box.
You can also plan your route with a nearby airport outside the TFR. When the route is generated, use the rubberband method to drag the waypoint from that airport, and drop it on the airport where you need to fly. This procedure should work for outgoing and incoming routes. |
