This section describes how to download and use weather information from Jeppesen, DTC DUAT or CSC DUATS. DUAT/S is only available in the United States. Use the Jeppesen International Weather Service to access worldwide weather data.

To order up a Jeppesen weather account, contact a Jeppesen Customer Support Representative and ask for item number WB100443.
After you have a Jeppesen weather account, view Creating a Pilot Profile to set up your account within JIFP.
In JIFP, use DTC DUAT to provide weather briefings, weather maps, and file flight plans. The service is free to qualified pilots, dispatchers, and other authorized users. To create a free account and receive an access number, call 1-800-243-3828 or visit www.duat.com.

Use CSC DUATS to provide weather briefings, weather graphs, and file flight plans. Free access to CSC DUATS is available to U.S. pilots and student pilots who hold current medical certificates, flight instructors without current medicals, aviation ground instructors, glider/balloon pilots, and other approved users in the U.S. aviation community.
